Zusammenfassung
Nach einer allgemeinen Einführung in das Recht der Informationsformationstechnologie in der ersten Auflage wird nunmehr das IT-Recht an drei in der Praxis relevanten Beispielen erörtert, der EU-Datenschutzgrund-Verordnung, den vertraglichen Regelungen bei agilen Softwareentwicklungsprojekten am Beispiel Scrum und bei Software als Service (SaaS). Dabei werden praktische Problemfelder, die Rechtsprechung und die Fachliteratur berücksichtigt.
