Zusammenfassung
Diese explorative Fallstudie erweitert das aktuelle Verständnis des Engagements von Akteuren in unternehmensübergreifenden Innovationsprojekten. Basierend auf den empirischen Daten, werden vier persönliche sowie sechs inter-organisationale Faktoren identifiziert, welche das Engagement von Akteuren beeinflussen. Anschließend werden zukünftige Forschungsrichtungen identifiziert und erläutert. Zudem wird aufgezeigt, dass Engagement abhängig vom Akteur und der jeweiligen interorganisationalen Umgebung variiert.
