Zusammenfassung

Arbeitsbedingter Stress ist insbesondere unter Sozialarbeitern und Sozialarbeiter_innen sowie den beschäftigenden Organisationen ein aktuelles Thema. Krankheitsbedingte Ausfälle und die Fluktuation der Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen aufgrund hohen Stresses und verminderter Arbeitszufriedenheit haben sowohl kurzfristige als auch langfristige Folgen für die Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen, die Organisationen, sowie für die Klienten und Klientinnen (Sexton 1999; Agass 2002; Sprang et al. 2011). Letztendlich führt dies zu einer Gefährdung der Kohäsion der Sozialarbeitsprofession.
