Zusammenfassung

Ein wichtiger Aspekt hinsichtlich der Nachhaltigkeit ist die Anleitung zur selbstständigen Reflexion: Die Tutoren sollen nach dem Tutorentraining in der Lage sein, ihre Tutorien eigenständig zu reflektieren, wobei ein Austausch hierüber bei Netzwerktreffen stattfinden kann. Als Hilfestellung wird den Tutoren ein Beispiel für ein Reflexionsmodell nahegelegt, das sich an Korthagen und Wubbels (2002, S. 49) orientiert. Anhand dieses Reflexionsmodells können Tutorien gezielt und nachhaltig reflektiert, weiterentwickelt und verbessert werden.
