Nach Ansicht des Bundesverbandes der Personalmanager (BPM) sind die benannten Herausforderungen wesentlich und daher kann eine Antwort der Personalentwicklung ein Tutorenprogramm sein. Dabei können die Aspekte wie: Digitale Weiterbildung und übergreifende Bildungsansätze, Mitbestimmung und Mitarbeiterbeteiligung im Unternehmen und Digitalisierung der Personalarbeit berücksichtigt werden.
