Technischer Fortschritt, Digitalisierung, Globalisierung und Urbanisierung führen zu großen Veränderungen in unserer Gesellschaft und damit auch in den Arbeitssystemen. Organisationen und Individuen müssen sich darauf einstellen und bekommen gleichzeitig die Chance, die Zukunft der Arbeit nach den eigenen Wünschen und Vorstellungen zu gestalten. Um diese Gestaltungsaufgabe erfolgreich zu meistern, sind Ansätze des lebenslangen, individuellen Lernens und des ganzheitlichen, organisationalen Lernens Voraussetzung.
