Zusammenfassung
Die Digitalisierung und die gesellschaftlichen Entwicklungen verändern grundsätzlich die Art, wie wir lernen und uns Wissen aneignen. Kontinuierliches Lernen ist ein zentraler Erfolgsfaktor für Unternehmen geworden, die weiterhin auf ihrem Markt bestehen wollen – was die Personalentwicklung vor neue Herausforderungen stellt. Eine Antwort kann hier die Etablierung von agilen Trainern und Moderatoren im Unternehmen sein. Diese können neben Communities of Practice und anderen niedrigschwelligen Lern-Angeboten zu einer offenen Wissenskultur beitragen. So wird die Verantwortung für die eigene Entwicklung mehr auf den Mitarbeiter selbst übertragen, was langfristig einen Beitrag leisten kann, um innovative Arbeitsweisen voranzutreiben und wertschöpfende Zusammenarbeit zu gestalten.
