Zusammenfassung
Lehr-Lern-Forschung untersucht Lernen in Wechselwirkung mit Lehren (vgl. Siebert H. 2006, S. 9). Lerntheorien sind entwickelt worden, um Lernen zu verstehen und zu fördern. In der aktuellen Erwachsenenpädagogik liegt bisher kein gemeinsames Verständnis zur Korrelation von Lehren und Lernen vor, das auf Effektivitäts- und Effizienzforschung beruht und das empirisch begründet nachhaltiges Lernen erklärt.
