Zusammenfassung
Als Praxisbeispiel wird eine fiktive mittelständische Autowerkstatt betrachtet. Wir möchten dabei ein anschauliches Beispiel geben und gewisse typische Fallstricke und Potenziale darstellen. Im Hinblick auf das eingangs besprochene Verhältnis von Aufwand und Nutzen wird ein Weg angestrebt, der einerseits ohne hohe Investitionen auskommt, aber trotzdem klar messbare Ergebnisse mit sich bringt.
