Zusammenfassung
Im Sinne N. Luhmanns wird Kommunikation als soziales System verstanden. Traditionellen Sender – Empfänger-Vorstellungen von Kommunikation wird damit widersprochen. Kommunikationspartner sind in diesem Theorierahmen autonom und daher nicht linear instruierbar. Bildlich gesprochen: Wir sehen Kommunikationspartnern nur vor den Kopf, aber nicht ins Gehirn. Daher brauchen wir, um erfolgreich zu kommunizieren, Vertrauen und kommunikative Kompetenz. Business-Coaching findet im Modus von Kommunikation statt und benötigt entsprechend professionelle Vorstellungen von den Bedingungen des Gelingens von Kommunikation.
