Zusammenfassung

Die Rechtswissenschaft und die Ethnologie haben denselben Forschungsgegenstand – die Ordnung des menschlichen Zusammenlebens. Sie nähern sich ihm nur aus unterschiedlichen Richtungen: In der Rechtswissenschaft wird der Mensch seit dem 19. Jahrhundert mit seiner Geburt als Rechtssubjekt und Träger von Rechten und Pflichten betrachtet.
