Zusammenfassung

Methoden der Rechtsforschung beschreiben, wie Recht empirisch beobachtbar und analysierbar wird. Zum Einsatz kommen dabei sowohl quantitative als auch qualitative Methoden (oder eine Kombination aus beiden). Nach dem Vorbild der Naturwissenschaften verwendet ein quantitatives Forschungsdesign standardisierte Daten, welche beispielsweise mit Hilfe von Fragebögen in großer Menge erhoben werden, um sie mit Blick auf statistische Zusammenhänge zu analysieren.
