Zusammenfassung
Die Xavier University ist eine 1831 gegründete jesuitisch-katholische Universität in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. Die drei Colleges der Xavier University bieten 85 Undergraduate- und 11 Graduate Major-Programme für mehr als 7.000 Studenten. Innerhalb von fünf Jahren hat sich die Universität um vier Gebäude und das gesamte Gebäudeportfolio damit um 25 % erweitert. Die Neubauten wurden konsequent mit BIM geplant. Von Beginn an erfolgte eine Integration von BIM und CAFM/IWMS. Es werden das Vorgehen und die Effekte dieses Projektes erläutert.
