Zusammenfassung
Recht ist die wirkmächtigste normative Ordnung moderner Gesellschaften. Es schafft relative Verlässlichkeit von Verhaltenserwartungen und ermöglicht das Knüpfen langer Handlungsketten. Recht bietet einerseits Chancen für soziales Handeln, andererseits verschließt es Handlungsalternativen. Es wird zum ubiquitären Medium sozialer Steuerung. Seine Anwendung bewirkt allerdings häufig von den Interessenten nichtintendierte Konsequenzen.
