Zusammenfassung
Das Anliegen der vorangegangenen Ausführungen war die theoretische Ausarbeitung desjenigen sozialen Phänomens, welches als die legitimatorische Dimension der Organisation gekennzeichnet wurde. Im Kontext eines institutionentheoretischen Denkens wurden legitimationstheoretische und organisationstheoretische Überlegungen aufeinander bezogen und als ein (neo)institutionalistisches Konzept der legitimatorischen Dimension von Organisationen ausgearbeitet. Nicht zuletzt wurden dabei die Termini der Legitimität, Legitimation und Legitimierung als Fachbegriffe einer (neo)institutionalistischen Organisationstheorie ausbuchstabiert.
