Zusammenfassung
Bei dem vorliegenden Text handelt es sich um einen alternativen Anfang zu Schlicks im Sommersemester 1912 in Rostock gehaltener Vorlesung zur Einleitung in die Naturphilosophie. So stimmen beide Stücke darin überein, dass Schlick in ihnen auf die antiken Ursprünge der (Natur-)Philosophie hinweist und sich in diesem Zusammenhang auf dieselbe Stelle in der Metaphysik von Aristoteles bezieht.
