Chemische Kastration und andere medikamentöse Interventionen zur Desexualisierung von (potentiellen) Sexualstraftätern in Deutschland

Zusammenfassung

Zur Behandlung von jugendlichen und erwachsenen Sexualstraftätern sowie auch von potentiellen Tätern mit paraphiler Symptomatik werden vermehrt Medikamente eingesetzt, die hinsichtlich ihrer Wirkung einer chemischen Kastration entsprechen. Neben einer Betrachtung der rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen zur freiwilligen chemischen Kastration von (potentiellen) Sexualstraftätern soll in diesem Beitrag vor allem der aktuelle Forschungsstand zur desexualisierenden und kriminalpräventiven Wirksamkeit einer ergänzenden medikamentösen desexualisierenden Behandlung zusammengefasst werden. Auf Basis der empirischen Befunde soll abschließend der praktische Einsatz der desexualisierenden Pharmakotherapie für Jugendliche und Erwachsene kritisch diskutiert werden.
