Zusammenfassung

Die nachhaltige Gestaltung einer Gesellschaft steht im Verdacht, mit negativen wirtschaftlichen Wirkungen verbunden zu sein. Dies hat zu entsprechenden Reaktionen der Politik geführt. Der Beitrag beschreibt diesen Zusammenhang auf Unternehmensebene und untersucht ihn empirisch für über 100 Länder, indem ausgewählte Maße von Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Nachhaltigkeit analysiert werden.
