Zusammenfassung
In einer Konsumgesellschaft neigen Mitarbeiter dazu, ihren Arbeitsplatz wie ein Produkt oder eine Dienstleistung zu konsumieren. Um daran etwas zu ändern, muss man genauestens begreifen, was zwischen den Mitarbeitern mit ihren persönlichen Erwartungen für Unterschiede bestehen. Erst muss man sich klar werden, dass vom ersten bis zum letzten Arbeitstag eines Mitarbeiters sich dessen Erwartungen ständig wandeln, und dann dafür sorgen, dass über den Ablauf des Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus hinweg negative Erfahrungen minimiert und positive verstärkt werden. Dabei muss das „Mitarbeitererlebnis“ zusammen mit dem Mitarbeiter definiert werden, und auch die entsprechenden Lösungen sollen gemeinsam erarbeitet werden.
