Zusammenfassung
Stehen wir als HR wirklich da, wo wir hingehören? Inwieweit fragt man die HR-Manager nach deren Meinung, wenn die strategische Ausrichtung des Unternehmens definiert werden soll? In diesem Kapitel wird vor allem hinterfragt, wie HR von den Mitarbeitern wahrgenommen wird. Zur Überwindung von Vorurteilen und negativen Sichtweisen gilt es, sich in die Firmenstrategie aktiv einzubringen. Da künftig der Kampf um Talente noch härter sein wird, werden die HR-Teams, die diesen Kampf zu führen haben, an Bedeutung sehr zunehmen.
