Das Kreditinstitut und seine Rolle zur Sicherung des Fortbestandes

Zusammenfassung

Die meisten Unternehmen im deutschsprachigen Raum kooperieren mit Finanzinstituten , um unterschiedlichste Dienstleistungen nutzen zu können. Eine besondere Stakeholdersicht nimmt das Kreditinstitut dann ein, wenn das Familienunternehmen operative Tätigkeiten als auch langfristige Investition en mit Kredit en finanziert hat. Hier wurde Geld unter einem bestimmten Risiko vergeben, welches sich im Zuge einer Unternehmensnachfolge verändert. Das Unternehmen wird von einem neuen Manager geführt, über welchen nur wenige stichhaltige Informationen vorliegen und daher wird eine anstehende Unternehmensnachfolge von Kreditinstituten besonders intensiv und umfassend beobachtet und begleitet. Im betreffenden Praxisfall wird die Komplexität und Schwierigkeit der Bewertung durch das Kreditinstitut als externer Stakeholder skizziert und es werden Maßnahmen vorgestellt, wie man eine verbesserte Informationsgewinnung erreichen kann, um eine verlässlichere Entscheidungsgrundlage zu bekommen. Neben Emotionen , Psychologie und Menschenkenntnis zeigt dieser Fall auch, dass Vertrauen ein besonders wichtiger Faktor bei einer Kreditentscheidung ist. Zudem wird deutlich, dass Kreditinstitute bei ihren Entscheidungen eine regionale Verantwortung tragen müssen, welche gerade bei größeren Unternehmen ein weiteres Entscheidungskriterium darstellen kann. Bei in der Krise stehenden, fremdfinanzierten Familienunternehmen sind Kreditinstitute sehr häufig der wichtigste Gläubiger , welcher frühzeitig über eine anstehende Nachfolge informiert werden sollten. Nur eine offene Informationspolitik und eine klare Transparenz tragen dazu bei, dass mit diesem Stakeholder eine vernünftige und nachhaltig orientierte Turnaround-Lösung umgesetzt werden kann.
