Zusammenfassung
Unter den Akteuren (Wähler, Politiker, Produzenten, traditionelle und grüne Interessensgruppen und der Bürokratie) in repräsentativen westlichen Demokratien besteht ein breiter Konsens darüber, dass ein Wandel hin zu einer ökosozialen Marktwirtschaft wesentlich für ein zukünftiges, nachhaltiges Wirtschaftswachstum ist.
