Zusammenfassung
In vielen Großstädten und Ballungsräumen stellt Carsharing inzwischen eine verbreitete und nachhaltige Mobilitätsalternative dar. Durch Umstellung von symmetrischen auf asymmetrische Systeme, bei welchen Ausleih‐ und Rückgabeort nicht identisch sein müssen, kann die Attraktivität stationsbasierter Angebote weiter erhöht werden. Allerdings muss dann der Kumulation von Fahrzeugen an einzelnen Stationen durch effektive Organisation von Rückführungen entgegengewirkt werden. Eine Lösungsstrategie für das Vehicle Relocation Problem wird im Rahmen dieses Beitrages in Form diskreter Simulation beschrieben.
