Zusammenfassung
Die Entwicklung der Anlageklasse Immobilien konnte in den letzten Jahren eine sprunghafte Zunahme aufweisen. Allein auf dem Investitionsmarkt für gewerbliche Immobilien war eine Verdopplung der weltweiten Immobilientransaktionen zu beobachten [1]. Die in der Vergangenheit häufig vernachlässigte Anlageklasse stieß bei Investoren in Deutschland auf hohes Interesse, welche mit der Absicht, ihr Anlageportfolio zu diversifizieren, günstiges Fremdkapital zur Finanzierung nutzten, um im umfangreichen Maß Immobilieninvestitionen zu realisieren.

Zudem werden internationale Hochschulen systematisch benachteiligt, da der Fragebogen nur in deutscher Sprache zur Verfügung steht, sodass ausländische Studierende nicht an der Erhebung teilnehmen können.
