Abstract

This chapter sets itself the task of discussing coaching in the context of consultation processes. For this purpose, the first section briefly outlines the terms company/organization, leadership and consultation. In the second section, we will further differentiate consultation in the context of useful distinctions (core consultation dimensions, change game types) and provide practical examples. The question is raised as to how coaches can be a helpful resource for involved and affected leaders in a consultation context. We also simultaneously consider how consultation and coaching processes can be coupled together as they take place.
