Zusammenfassung
Viele von uns assoziieren Wochenende, Ferien und Freizeit mit Erholung und Vergnügen. Doch leider wird diese Freizeit für immer mehr Menschen zur Zerreißprobe. Viele klagen in genau dieser Zeit über immense Müdigkeit, Rückenschmerzen, Migräne und grippale Infekte, aber auch von Herzinfarkten und Schlaganfällen während der Urlaubszeit wird erhöht berichtet. Dieses Phänomen hat einen Namen bekommen: Das Leisure-Sickness-Syndrom (LS-Syndrom).
