Zusammenfassung
Der Trend des Cloud Computing macht vor nichts und niemandem Halt, auch nicht vor der Contact-Center-Branche. Anstatt dass jedes Contact-Center seine eigene IT-Infrastruktur selbst betreibt, sollen fortan die gewünschten Anwendungen als Service über das Internet bezogen werden. Im Fachjargon wird diese Art der Leistungsbereitstellung „Contact-Center as a Service“, kurz CCaaS, genannt. Doch aufgrund welcher Parameter soll der Preis für ein solches Angebot festgelegt werden? Welche Möglichkeiten existieren überhaupt? Bedeutet Cloud Computing, dass nur noch aufgrund der tatsächlichen Nutzung bezahlt wird? Welche Chancen und Gefahren ergeben sich aus der Art und Weise, wie ein CCaaS-Angebot bepreist wird? Der vorliegende Beitrag beschreibt die Möglichkeiten für die Preisgestaltung von CCaaS-Angeboten und basiert auf Untersuchungen, die im Rahmen einer vertraulichen Bachelorthesis von Affolter (Preisgestaltung für Contact-Center as a Service [CCaaS] Angebote.
