Zusammenfassung
Die nicht formalisierbaren Aspekte des Wissens und Handelns spielen gerade im Servicealltag eine erhebliche Rolle. Dies zeigt sich zum einen daran, dass bei Neurekrutierungen von Servicepersonal langjährige praktische Vorerfahrungen, möglichst bereits im Service und technischen Support, generell als Einstellungsbedingung genannt werden.
