Zusammenfassung

Als eine der zentralsten Einflussgrößen für die Organisationsgestaltung wird heute die Unternehmensstrategie angesehen, sei es auf Geschäftsbereichs- oder auf Gesamtunternehmensebene. Es wird gefordert, die formalen Aufbaustrukturen, die Informationsprozesse, die Anreizsysteme usw. den Erfordernissen der formulierten Strategie anzupassen. Die Steuerungskraft der Organisation soll ganz auf die Erreichung der strategischen Ziele ausgerichtet werden.
