Zusammenfassung
Während die bisherigen Ansätze zur informellen Welt eher konfliktorientiert oder kontrovers angelegt waren, spannt das Theorem der Organisationskultur eine ganze andere Perspektive auf. Hier stehen nicht Betrug und Grauzonen im Vordergrund, sondern die Herausbildung gemeinsamer Werte und Überzeugungen. Die Unternehmung wird mehr als eine Art Großgruppe gesehen, die durch ein gemeinsames Weltbild zusammen gehalten wird. Harmonie und Konsens stehen im Vordergrund. Dennoch ist Organisationskultur ein informelles organisatorisches Phänomen, sie entsteht sukzessive aus der Interaktion unter den Mitgliedern des Unternehmens. Es ist ein emergenter Prozess, der sich auch dort entwickelt, wo niemand an eine Kulturentwicklung denkt.
