Zusammenfassung

Der vorliegende Beitrag präsentiert die wichtigsten Erkenntnisse einer vom österreichischen Wissenschaftsministerium prämierten Masterarbeit zum Thema Green Controlling in Krankenanstalten. Ziel der Arbeit war es, auf Grundlage einer Case Study bei der im Bereich des ökologischen Managements führenden Landeskrankenanstalten-Betriebsgesellschaft des Landes Kärnten (KABEG) und externen Experteninterviews ein Referenzmodell für eine Green Scorecard in Krankenanstalten zu entwickeln. Insbesondere wurde untersucht, welches Set an Kennzahlen sich für die Performance-Messung und -Steuerung des ökologischen Fußabdrucks eignet.
