Zusammenfassung

Ausgehend von der Boltzmanngleichung werden die Gasströmungen durch Blenden und lange Rohre kreisförmigen und rechteckigen Querschnitts über den gesamten Druckbereich der Vakuumtechnik berechnet. Auch das Übergangsgebiet zwischen molekularer und viskoser Strömung, darunter auch die sogenannte Schlupfströmung, wird für diese Anwendungsfälle behandelt. Die Ergebnisse können dimensionslos durch den sogenannten Poiseuille-Koeffizienten oder die reduzierte Flussrate wiedergegeben werden, wenn der Druck die antreibende Kraft des Gasstroms ist.
