Zusammenfassung
Die Differenzierung des Wissenschaftssystems hat sich im evolutionären Rückblick erst durch funktionale Differenzierung eingestellt. Auch die griechische Philosophie kannte kein modernes Wissenschaftssystems. Das gilt unabhängig davon, welche Innovationen man ihr zuschreibt. Diese Differenzierung verdankt sich besonderen evolutionären Voraussetzungen, die z. B. weder in China, noch in Indien historisch vorlagen.
