Zusammenfassung

Innovation braucht einen Raum, der die entstehenden Dynamiken und Veränderungen erlaubt und ermöglicht. Allein der gute Wille und geeignete Mitarbeiter reichen nicht aus, sondern auch die Rahmenbedingungen müssen ein innovatives Vorgehen unterstützen und optimalerweise auch fördern. Organisatorische Flexibilität, moderne und kreative Arbeitsräume, eine Ausrichtung der Kultur und Strategie sowie spezifische Anreizsysteme sind wesentliche Voraussetzungen, um ein innovationsförderndes internes Umfeld zu gestalten. Doch nicht nur das Schaffen dieser Freiräume, sondern auch deren Organisation ist notwendig, um ein zielgerichtetes und effektvolles Innovieren möglich zu machen. Der Kontext, in dem sich Mitarbeiter bewegen, ist wesentlicher Faktor für den Erfolg von Innovationsprojekten und entscheidet über das Verhalten der Mitarbeiter sowie das Verbreiten und die Verankerung einer Innovationskultur im Unternehmen. Konkrete Maßnahmen können dabei helfen, ein internes Umfeld zu schaffen, das Innovation erlaubt, beheimatet und vorantreibt.
