Zusammenfassung

Als erfolgreiches Unternehmen gilt es, Herausforderungen zu meistern, die entstehen, da die Welt von morgen nicht wie die Welt von gestern sein wird. Um diese Herausforderungen zu bewältigen, reicht es nicht, nur durch Erfahrungswerte und Daten aus der Vergangenheit ein Bild über die Zukunft zu erstellen. Neben der Analyse von Informationen sind Intuition und abduktive Logik einzusetzen, die im Design Thinking eine gleichgewichtige Anwendung finden. Dadurch wird neben einer Effizienz im Tagesgeschäft auch eine Effektivität im Hinblick auf Lösungen erreicht, welche die tatsächlichen und sich ständig verändernden Bedürfnisse der Kunden befriedigen. Corporate Design Thinking bietet einen Ansatz, Design und vor allem die Denkhaltung, die allen Designaufgaben gemein ist, in der DNA des Unternehmens zu verankern, um so an Wettbewerbskraft zu gewinnen. Dafür muss das gesamte Unternehmen eingebunden werden, der Kunde in den Fokus gerückt und der Wert von Innovation für alle bekannt sein.
