Zusammenfassung
Als Folge von Globalisierung sind grenzüberschreitende politische Fragestellungen zunehmend Teil der Verhandlungsmasse von internationalen Organisationen. Analoge Aspekte ein- und derselben Problematik sind dabei oft Gegenstand von Verhandlungen in unterschiedlichen Foren. Zum Teil finden solche Verhandlungen zeitlich parallel statt.
