Zusammenfassung

Der Dualismus zwischen national und international entstand mit dem maskulinistischen Territorialstaat seit dem 17. Jahrhundert. Das zentrale Merkmal des Staates ist seine Souveränität auf einem begrenzten Territorium („innere Souveränität“) sowie seine Autonomie gegenüber anderen Staaten („äußere Souveränität“). Diese Trennungen sind geschlechtlich kodiert.
