Zusammenfassung
Wenn das Wissen, das sich nach Ende des Zweiten Weltkriegs um die neuen Informations- und Kommunikationstechniken formierte, zugleich in politischen Technologien wirksam werden konnte, dann deshalb, weil die zentralen kybernetischen Funktionsmodelle immer auch als Modelle sozialer Operationen lesbar waren.
