Zusammenfassung
Erfolgreiche Organisationen in einer globalisierten Welt setzen heute Wandel und Veränderung voraus. Veränderungsprozesse können sowohl physische (zum Beispiel Ortswechsel) als auch psychologische (zum Beispiel Unsicherheit) Erfahrungen der Stakeholder einer Organisation beeinflussen. Umstrukturierungen, die Einführung neuer Prozesse, veränderte Aufgaben oder auch Standortwechsel sind Zeichen organisationaler Veränderungen, die oftmals auch mit einem Kulturwandel einhergehen.
