Zusammenfassung

Der Beitrag unternimmt einen ersten Versuch der Systematisierung von Restorative Justice als Healthy Justice. Dazu wird ein Überblick zu den verschiedenen Konzepten, Ansätzen und Umsetzungsformen der Restorative Justice gegeben und aufgezeigt, dass Restorative Justice geeignet sein kann, Verletzten, TäterInnen und ihren jeweiligen Angehörigen ein gesundheitsförderndes Konfliktregelungsszenario zur Verfügung zu stellen. Zudem könnten professionelle Kräfte der Gesundheitsförderung im Rahmen der Restorative Justice einfacher ein-bezogen werden. Gleichzeitig sei die konkrete Konfliktregelung über Restorative Justice geeignet, um auch ‚ungesunde‘ Strukturen des Gesundheitssystems aufzuzeigen.
