Willenskraft ist die Grundlage für den Erfolg – im Schach wie im Wirtschaftsleben. Führungskräfte können von Schachmeistern lernen, wie man die Willenskraft systematisch entwickelt und so in den kritischen Momenten nicht durch Erlahmen der Willenskraft schlechte Entscheidungen fällt.
