„Eine Souveränität Serbiens über die Region gibt es nicht mehr und wird es wohl kaum wieder geben. Die Vorstellung einer Rückkehr Kosovos unter serbische Kuratel ist ebenso moralisch unvorstellbar wie politisch unhaltbar.“
