Knapp zehn Jahre nachdem sich die globale Finanzkrise zu entwickeln begann, besteht weiterhin kein einheitlicher Analyserahmen, der die Ursachen, den Verlauf und die Auswirkungen der Finanzkrise erklären könnte. Mehr noch: inzwischen ist deutlich geworden, dass viele der bestehenden Herangehensweisen und Wissensformen unzureichend zur Erklärung der Finanzkrise sind.
