Zusammenfassung
Ziel der Arbeit ist es ein bakterielles Hitzeschockprotein herzustellen und zu charakterisieren. Die Bindungseigenschaften der ATP-Bindetasche des HtpG aus H. pylori sollten mit dem des humanen Hsp90α auf potentielle Inhibitoren im Protein-Microarray-Format verglichen werden. Die Arbeit ist in zwei Teile unterteilt.
