Zusammenfassung
Beruflich Pflegende sind aufwändig ausgebildet und haben Zeit und Geld in den Aufb au ihrer Expertise investiert. Dadurch haben sie jenen Spezialisierungsgrad erreicht, der erforderlich ist, um pflegerische Aufgaben wahrnehmen zu können. Sie arbeiten teilweise selbstbestimmt und mit Entscheidungsfreiheit, was sachliche Voraussetzung ist, um pflegerisch tätig sein zu können. Beruflich Pflegende sind Leistungsträger ihrer Einrichtungen.
