Das letzte Kapitel fasst die zentralen Ergebnisse der Untersuchungen zu transformationaler Führung in der multidisziplinären Immobilienwirtschaft in Deutschland für die Praxis zusammen und zeigt die Grenzen der Arbeit auf.

Darüber hinaus wird ein Ausblick des Modells transformationaler Führung gegeben und es werden Anknüpfungspunkte für die weitere Forschung aufgezeigt.
