Zusammenfassung

In diesem Beitrag werden zwei Anwendungen der Open-Source-Telemac-Suite aus dem Bereich der Wasserkraft präsentiert. Die erste Fallstudie behandelt ein Projekt, welches das Strömungsverhalten und die Optimierung der Sedimentdrift in einem Stauraumabschnitt des Wasserkraftwerks Edling an der Drau thematisiert. In der zweiten Studie werden numerische Berechnungen des oszillierenden Strömungsverhaltens in einem Entsander und darauf aufbauend untersuchte Gegenmaßnahmen präsentiert.
