Zusammenfassung

Actor-Network-Theory (ANT) provides fruitful stimuli for the research and theory in organizational education. Yet, it raises particular demands with regard to concepts and terminology. This article introduces core terms and concepts of ANT. Following selected studies, it further shows the relation between ANT and education on the one hand and organizational sciences on the other. It concludes with some remarks on how ANT may stimulate organizational education research in practice.
