Zusammenfassung
Der Artikel „Der Reggio Emilia Approach: Partizipation in Geschichte und Gegenwart“ löst sich von der in Diskurs und Praxis in Deutschland weitverbreiteten Sichtweise auf die „Reggio-Pädagogik“. Er spürt in einer kritisch-historischen Perspektive den Auswirkungen der Resistenza bis in die Gegenwart nach. Neue Forschungsergebnisse unterstreichen, dass der Ansatz aus einem „Befreiungskampf“ der lokalen Bevölkerung heraus entstand. Dabei widmet sich der Artikel insbesondere dem Beitrag der Frauen. Präsentiert wird eine neue Sicht auf diesen Ansatz – jenseits der Projekte und Raumgestaltung, für die er am besten bekannt ist: Die Erfahrungen der Resistenza brachten in Reggio Emilia ein neues Frauenbild und mit ihm ein neues Bild vom Kind hervor, das seit den Anfängen (1943) untrennbar mit Partizipation verbunden ist.
