Zusammenfassung

Im ersten Kapitel wird das empirische Forschungsinteresse erläutert und der Problembezug wie auch die analytischen Schwerpunkte der Falluntersuchung vorgestellt. Der Leser erhält einen Einstieg in die Thematik des Schiffsbruchs der Costa Concordia und eine knappe Skizzierung relevanter Entwicklungen auf dem Kreuzfahrtmarkt. Anhand der Beschreibung des inhaltlichen Aufbaus und der Gliederung der Studie wird ein Überblick über die Falluntersuchung generiert.
